Getting our partners involved

Today our SAAA chapter (Sports Aircraft Assoication of Australia) got together to show our partners what the end result of all those years of building looks like.

All the partners got to go for a fly, to say it was a success is an understatement, even the weather and crosswinds did not dampen our sprits.

Photos taken by my wife Anne-Marie who also got to go for a fly in the Lancair Legacy.

Is that your hangar or Weeksy's?

Nice setup there!

You can never get that Legacy Grin of Gary's face can ya! :D

Hi Guys,

Answering questions roughly in the order they where asked.

The hangar belongs to Ant Peron who owns the RV4 which he bought flying from the USA and repainted, he is currently building an RV7 tip-up.

The legacy is crazy fast cruises at 220knots+ and climbs at over 3000ft per minute.

And yes Gary loves his legacy, but he has competition from us proud RV owners.

The RV7 belongs to yours truly.

:)

Cheers
