Garden City, KS

Hello,

If the weather is good, I'm planning to visit Garden City, KS this Friday 11/12/10. I'm just going to stay one night and head home Saturday morning. I haven't called the local FBO to ask about a hangar, yet, but I'd appreciate any insider information if there are any locals on the board.

I'll be in my Midget Mustang. If the weather cooperates, I'm thinking I may go to Hutchison first to visit the Cosmosphere and then head back to Garden City sometime later in the day. The main objective is dinner with some relatives in Garden City on Friday night.

Liberal KS has a good aircraft museum if you have not been there.

My wife and I spent4 days there this summer on our wa backfromFlorida. There were massive thunderstorms with tornadoes and hail along our route. The FBO was able to make a few phone calls and arranged a hangar for us. Give them a call.
By the way, the Italian restaurant in the terminal building is very good.
