Fuel Tank Sealed Pop Rivets

I don't have my plans handy. Does the RV6 tank baffle use the AD-41H or AD-42H sealed pop rivet?

That would be the AD-41H rivets for the RV-6.
I believe the AD-42H are used on the later models where they have to go through the "Z" brackets.

Great, I will order some. I built a new tank to replace one that got dinged and forgot to order the pop rivets.

BTW, you can really use "regular" (non-closed) pulled rivets if you are careful sealing them.
My bi-plane uses standard "Avex" rivets for the entire tanks.
