Fuel return line

I am about to drill the holes for the fuel lines. I was wondering where other builders routed their fuel return lines? I mean the two #4 return lines from a duplex valve to the two tanks. I am using ECI FI with return lines.

I have an Aerosport IO360 with a purge valve/fuel return set up. I used a similar routing described in this "alternative" installation manual on page 32-33.
