fuel pump -too much pressure

In previous discussions this AD should not affect engines shipped by Van's:

It would be prudent to check the number on your engine and pump anyway.

Thank you both. I believe I recall doing that before as this issue was presented earlier, but I will double check the nos.

Look At The Right Number

Hey Guys,

Don't look at the number that is easy to see. The number that you want to verify is on the back side of the flange. My part number is 89246, and am good to go. Just be certain that you check the right number. I'm pretty sure that it should be a five digit number and be something like 892XX.
