Forgot to bevel the wing skins - Options?

Hello folks,

I think I made a little mistake. The plans say that I have to bevel the wing skins where the inboard and outboard skins meet . I forgot to do that and went ahead and dimpled the skins - all 4 - top and bottom. So in its current state, I can't really get a nice bevel as intended.

One option I thought of was to try and bevel the outer surface (the female side of the dimple) so I'd kinda get the same result. Couldn't think of any other options.

a. Is that an acceptable approach?
b. Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance!

be careful

The bevel is not the entire chord of the wing skin, only at the bottom corner where the two skins overlap.

It's purely cosmetic and what you have done is possibly stronger. The skin may stick up a faction for the inch or two of the skin overlap.
you risk damaging other skins or the spar if you try to file any away now.

Personally I filed the top skin only a little and never bothered with the bottom skins.
