Fly cutter help in McKinney

I need to cut my access holes in the tank ribs but do not have a fly cutter, is there anyone in McKinney who would help me make these cuts if I came by??

I also have one you can use. I'm in Sachse (310) 918-2402. They also sell the two-head version at harborfreight that works "good enough".

Thanks alot for the help everyone, I have talked with Tom and he is going to help me out, I have the Harbor Freight one and when I put it in the drill press, even the guide bit is not straight, there is way to much wobble for my liking, (Same happened in the hand drill so its not the press out of alignment).
