Fluting tail cone fuse formers

Fluting the ribs was easy, but these formers seems to behave differently. Should I be able to get these to sit perfectly flat and if so, where would I flute differently than I have been?

I would call it good. When you install the skins it will pull everything togeather. Have a few spacers ready for the curves in the lower left hand corner of the picture. In one or two places they will make the skin sit flatter without "dimpling".

The flange portion with four holes looks over fluted.

Think of each flange section as a separate part. Flute so the holes make a straight line when checked with a straight edge.
Flange sections with less than three holes are less critical because they will more easily align with the holes in the skins.
