So...................

We bought our fuel transducer for the Dynon and it came with a scruffy tag which looked like a part number.

After I had thrown it away, I found out it was the 'K' factor to calibrate it for the Dynon - Doh !

A word of thanks to Ed from Flotronics who took the serial number off the unit and emailed me the K factor within hours of my original enquiry - respect where it's due, great customer service.

True but

no matter how accurate or (innaccurate for that matter) you will still have to calibrate it. I bought some wired unit from a marine supplier for $75...It was a Flowscan but Dynon had never heard of it.....It was miles out but I had it dialed in within 3 expensive fillups.
