Floor vibration and noise reduction

I am just about ready to rivet the floor on the baggage area. Since this will cover the bottom skin, I was wondering if I should be thinking about noise and vibration?

I want to put something under the center and forward floors, but I am undecided if the baggage area needs it as well.

Just wondering what others have done.

I haven't measured it, and it's too loud in the cockpit to really tell, but I doubt any amount of insulation in the baggage area would make a big difference. You've already got two layers and a pretty thick dead air space to start with in that area.

The forward cockpit, with a whopping .040" of aluminum between you and the exhaust outlet, is where the action is. Moving the exhaust further away, and adding insulation/carpet there, makes a world of difference.
