Anyone have any thoughts on where to install a fuel flow transducer on a rv-7 carbed 0-360? The instructions say to have the filter before the transducer so I thought that I could mount it on the out port of the gascolator as this would also let me use the fuel hose that was supplied with the kit. However would the fuel there be to disturbed for a clean reading as it also says to position away from elbows that could disturb the way the fuel flows into the unit.
next idea would be to buy two new short fuel hoses and place the flow scan monitor inbetween gascolator and mechanical fuel pump.
