Flight planning site for RV-10

Does anyone have a flight planning site for IFR they use for RV10 (fltplan.com, DUATS, etc.), and what numbers did you put in for performance? It's premature on my part due to the stage of my build, but I just want to play around with some numbers and see what I'm looking at for potential cross countries?

Thanks for the help!

Duats or GX Pilot (ipad)

I flight plan for 163 knots at 9000 ft and WOT lean of peek at 10 gph.

I come in very close to those numbers.

do you use any flight planning websites? i was looking at DUATS and was asking for climb, cruise, and descent performance so was trying to get as exact as possible.

thanks for the reply!

My Duats settings

My Duats Settings (might need to be adjusted)
Climb 120 knots 700 fpm 17 gph (Full rich)
Cruise 163 knots 10 gph (LOP)
Decent 180 knots 300 fpm 13 gph (ROP)

Looking at my log file from my trip home from OSH last week, climbing from 2000 to 11500 my average Vspeed was 742 fpm, TAS 122.5, and 18.0 gph

Cruise at 11500 TAS 166, 10.1 gph

Decent 9500 to 3000 vspeed 309.9 fpm, TAS 172.2, 11.82 gph

I just happened to be compiling some data of my past X-country flights. I fllight plan for 163 kts. at 10K feet 10.7 GPH running 20 degrees LOP. The fuel burn goes up to 14.5 gph and speed to 173Kts at 100 Deg. ROP at 10K. I use Flightstar Jeppesen flight planner and also use the Lockheed Martin user interface to file all my flight plans.

Full rich for the majority of it

17 gph and you are FULL RICH???

I am seeing around 27 gph at full rich with boost pump on, 25 or so with boost pump off.

I usually pull it back to 24 square for climb after leaving pattern altitude. That is why the average climb was only 740 fpm. Then if the cht's are looking good about 5000 ft start leaning it to maintain about 1250 deg. The fuel flow was pulled off the efis log. Takeoff is 26-27gph. Fuel totalizer after 52 gal burned on the trip home was .3 gal off so I believe the flow rates are accurate. (Btw I have the red cube in the tunnel as plans call for). I am very happy with under 1% error for the fuel totalizer. I too see about 2gph diff with the fuel pump on.
