Flaperon "under structure" ???

Flaperon "under structure" Page 18-06?

Hi RVators,

Last night I wanted to rivet the flaperon nose skin, but got confused in the instructions, see below extract..

I cant wait for Vans support answer, cause I want to continue ASAP, so I am tapping into you.

What is an "under structure"? the word "under" confuses me...
My logic says to nose skin (green) goes OVER the (blue) flaperon skin, and not 'under'. Am I correct as per my drawing extract?

Sometimes, being 1/2way accross the globe helps, sometimes not
I'm 99% sure my assumption is correct, but worry about that 1%.

Under Structure

Rudy The under structure refers to the counterweight, ribs , and spar.
You are correct to overlap the 1201 skin on top of the 1202 skin.
