flap trailing edge blind rivets

How much should the 4 holes for the MK319BS blind rivets that go in the inboard trailing edge of the flaps be enlarged? Those rivets don't fit in the #40 dimpled holes. From measuring the rivet it looks like a #35 hole should do the trick. Did I miss something somewhere

Those rivets are 7/64" diameter. You just need to open the holes up to that so they fit.
