Hi
I am behind the process of mating the wings and now hung the flaps for testing the flapmotor and travel.
I see that my top flap skin is touching the side skin of the fuselage so it is clear that I have to trim a bit of. The question I have is how much should be trimmed of. I didn't see any measurements on the plans that indicate a minimum of maximum distance between the inner side top skin of the flap and the fuselage side skin.
It could be purely esthetic for looks but I can imagine too close could also be a problem for free travel.
