Pretty expensive ($90)
, but wifey bought me one for my birthday. High quality switch with that appears to be modified by a small shop. The brass toggle on the switch was threaded, and a nicely formed flap looking piece was attached with internal threads and a set screw.
On my next plane, I'll make my own, but this is a nice piece...
