Flap speed

On many airplanes the top of the white arc is the maximum speed for greater than 10 degrees of flaps. Is this case for the rv6, or is the top of the white arc the maximum speed for any flaps?

What's different about the 6's flaps to enable that?

I don't know the reason...

But from the manual, RV6 Section 15 page 22:

Flap Speed: 110 Statute for 1st notch (20 deg) and 100 mph statute for full (40 deg.) flap deflection.
