Flap Motor

Do you mean just electrically or also mechanically? I used an old 12V battery and used that to test the extension and retraction. I didn't look into the potentiometer reading on mine yet, though. It's installed but I don't have any avionics quite yet.

What wires that come out of the flap motor should I connect to power?

At least for my flap motor (received Jul 2024), applying +12V DC to the blue wire (and GND to the brown wire) will extend the flaps, and doing the opposite will retract the flaps. Note that those are the two larger-sized wires.

The three smaller wires are for the position sensor -- it needs +5V DC to the yellow, GND to the white wire, and the red wire outputs the voltage that indicates the position of the flap motor.

Thanks, I will try it
