Flap Actuator Weldmen Question

I'm installing the electric flap system, and I noticed a problem. The plans clearly show the "F-680 FLAP BEARING BLOCK" on the LEFT side of the actuator attachment arm, but my "WD-613-EF FLAP ACT WELDMEN" has been masked and painted from the factory so that the bearing surface is RIGHT of the arm.

Is it going to interfer with any items being on the right, or should I strip the paint on the left and install as the plans show? Thank you!

It doesn't matter, right or left will work.
