FL/TX Contractor looking for airpark home or site

Hi,
I've not posted before but hoped you all might have some eyes & ears that could help me out. I'm a disaster restoration specialist with Gulf Coast offices in FL and near Houston. I fly back and forth but would like to purchase a place here to stay for longer periods. My preferences are for close in acreage on a strip (not likely, I know) or in a place like Polly Ranch. My TX office is in Pearland. Anybody know of anything? No problem if it's hurricane damaged. House and Hanger or just land.

Are you the guy that left me a business card today? We just bought the place at Polly Ranch a few months ago - you might have seen the listing from the previous owner. Sorry - not for sale - check back with us in a few years when I retire and we move farther west....

Seriously, I'll keep your card around in case I see someone selling - it doesn't happen real often!
