What all is involved in changing over an engine from FP to CS? I have a Titan engine that is capable of both but set up for FP. If I were to change my mind and go to CS, how difficult is the change? The engine is still in the crate.

The hardest part is replacing the inner crank seal if it has been punctured (required for a FP prop). If you are lucky the seal may still be intack. You will find out when you remove the outer crank seal. If the inner seal needs to be replaced find someong with the right tool that has done this. It is easy to screw up the oil pickup tube.

Your engine may also have the governor oil line. If not you will need to add that along with a governor.

Not difficult. Im assuming is came set up for FP.
Read Lycoming SB 1435. There is also an article on the Vans’s website that gives a bit more detail.
