Firewall passthrough hole size control cables?

Hey guys- The firewall passthrough fittings for the control cables can be ordered with a bunch of different hole sizes in the eyeball.

Does anybody know offhand what hole size will accommodate the standard Vans control cables?

Alternately, can somebody check the diameter of their control cables? I'm holding off on ordering the cables until I get the engine installed and figure out the routing/length needed, but it would be nice to poke the firewall holes and get those fittings in before hanging the engine.

I used these -- single hole, steel (4130), and I think the hole size is .260 IIRC.

I am using the "black" ACS cables, as opposed to the "green" cables.

If you guess wrong, you can always exchange the eyeball portion...
