Filling V-Cut holes

How have those who have painted their 12 handles the small gaps at the top of the wingtip closeout panel left by the v-cuts that make the tabs. is there a putty that will fill these holes and not crack out as the wings flex or are handled. Or are we just living with them. It's not major, but it does look "unfinished"

Just painted

They look better once painted. Not a composite finish. It will be a good conversation piece.
