Facet Fuel Pump

Made the doubler for the Facet pump and installed it however when it came to bending the flare for the fuel intake at the bottom of the pump,"sound the general alarm". Made the bend at least seven times in different orders and decided that it isn't going to work with the tools I have and I have the spring benders and the one from avery tool but to no avail. If the bend is good the flare fitting won't be far enough away to allow the tool to grip the pipe and if the flare end is on with the flare it cannot me bent short enough to work. Is there a 45 or 90 degree extension for these? Thanks

Yes there is

I have a 90 degree fitting on the pumpfor the same reasons. It attaches to the existing pump fittings, http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/eppages/aeroquipfitting.php

Thanks for the info thats exactly what I was after. I was finally able to make the bend but too close to the floor to be right. Will order it to today!
