F7114 Fuselage Gusset

I am having problems fitting the L and R F7114 Gusset due to bolt holes not aligning properly. If I line up holes with the wing spar holes, the 5 3/16 bolt holes do not line up and if I line up the 5 3/16 holes the wing spar holes do not line up. I can get it close buy bending/changing the angle of the gusset tabs. Has anybody else had similar problems and what did you do about it. I have talked to Vans and they said to I can resize the holes but I think this not practical as alignment is out approx 1/16 inch

I have found the problem..........both gussets were predrilled for the 3/16 holes at the factory and shipped with my kit. Vans is sending new ones.
