F7105 Outer subpanel fitting

I am having difficulty fitting the F7105B outer sub-panels and I don't know if I have bad parts or poor fluting skills. On a flat table, there is a twist that measures over 1/2 inch and the part did not have the blue vinyl protective coating like most of the other parts. Here is a link(I hope):

Hi John,

Mine were the same and came out just fine without any fluting once they were riveted to the ribs and canopy decks.
