F-811 and Pushrod interference

Folks,

I haven't been able to find a thread on this, so I have to ask.

With the aft elevator pushrod mounted in the front to the bell crank and the elevator bellcrank drilled per the plans, I have interference between the push rod and the hole in the F-811-e bulkhead.

Either others have seen this, or I've assembled something wrong.

Anyone have input? Can I simply remove more material from the bulkhead?

I just don't want to start grinding if I've done something else wrong.

I had to remove a bit of material from the F-811 to get acceptable clearance to the pushrod.
