F-810 or F-811 Bolt Access Hole

OIS sheet 8-9 a little over half way down under RV-8 Only states that the F-810 needs to have the flange trimmed to access the tail-wheel bolt, however the hole in the f-828PP is over the rear f-811. I'm sure its just a typo (twice) but I want to check to be sure I'm not missing a bigger picture.

I just checked my preview plans that I keep here at work for just such an occasion and it appears you are correct, as far as I can see.
