F-01431D Window Shims

Page 37-04 Step 4 says to "Machine countersink the #30 holes in the F-01431D... for CS4 rivets.... The holes in my F-01431Ds are 40 and not 30. The aft roll bar that the F-01431Ds attach to also has #40 holes. Is this a mistake or have I missed something.

I think I found my problem: Step 6 on page 37-03 says " Final drill #30 all #40 holes...." My brain read "and" instead of "all". But I really think the plans should read "Final drilll all #40 holes to #30" or something like that. Plus, so far, if a hole was supposed to be a size 30, it came as a 30 not a 40.
