Exterior Door Handle Instructions

Has anyone decaled or painted instructions on how to operate the door handle from the outside? A lock/open type icon by chance? Looking for ideas.

I have stickers/decals with a curved arrow that I got from Spruce that I did not install them as the inspector did not require them------

I put curved "open" arrows on the exterior doors. Got them from the same vinyl place where I got fuel tank placards.
