Engine Selection

I have been going back and forth on an engine for my 9A. I want to build an IO-320 with a Superior cold induction sump, but when I asked a "Technical Advisor" at VANS, they said they indicated the cold induction sump would be a problem. Has anyone used this combibation on a 9A

Of course my suggestion is to move the little wheel to the back.
