Engine Installation Advice

My Rotax is ready to mount and my fuse is ready. My problem is the Rotax wiring harness is on back order. All of the other harnesses are installed. Will I be shooting my foot if I go ahead and mount the engine now? With the engine in place will I run into any problems installing the Rotax harness? Looking for advice from the Pro's on the forum. Thanks in advance.

I do not think so. If I remember correctly, normal procedure is to install the engine first, then connect the wires.
