Engine hardware

I am rebuilding my IO-360-A1B and got into discussion about engine hardware called out for in the Lycoming parts catalog, specifically cylinder hold-down nuts.

The question came up whether they’re different from AN315 nuts or not. I did some research on the Internet to try and find some engineering information without a great deal of luck and then I searched this forum because I know I’ve seen some information in the past about engine hardware, but couldn’t find anything directly addressing if a Lycoming STD-2090 (1/2-20 nut) was the same as an AN315-8R.

Anybody cared weigh in on this?
