Engine data plate rivets?

upperdeck

Well Known Member
I have a Titan engine. Two of the rivets on my data plate have gone MIA and the remaining two are loose.

I’m having a problem identifying the rivets and tool to set them. Anyone have a source? These look to be a solid shank rivet (not pulled) with a very small diameter and a domed head.

Thanks!

If you want the OEM part, it is Lycoming P/N STD-1901.

These are more of a "winged" stud that are driven (can use a plastic tipped hammer) into the data plate holes with the wings doing the retaining.

It's #4 screw hole, so spiral screws in the 0.19" diameter should work too.

Install with a bit of high temp adhesive and it will help retain against further loss.
