Empennage?

Are RV 7 empennage parts interchangeable with RV6 empennage parts ?

Could I install a RV7 empennage kit on a RV6 ?

Has it been done?

Jay, I have a -7 VS/Rudder on my -6. Don't know why a HS couldn't be fitted. Like others have said, back-drilling the new HS spars to the fuse could be the most difficult part. I have the -7 build manual and it looks the same to me. I think I would confirm with Van's first though.
