Elevator trim tab travel

It should be the full travel of the servo, whatever that gives you. You can adjust the neutral point, that's about it. This will give you plenty of trim for all regimens of flight. You will need a little more up than down. I don't recall that the actual angle is specified anywhere.

I don't think it's in the drawings and it's not in the controls travel table in the -6/6A manual's section 15 Final Inspection and Flight Test, but the "desired" settings are in my -6/6A manual section 8 (Fuselage) under the trim cable installation section (manual trim).

I built from an older kit and manual, but here's what it says there:

"Desired down travel of the tab (nose up trim) is 35 degrees, and up travel is 25 degrees."
