Elevator Trim Servo Hardware

DWG 4 indicates 4x MS35206-215 Screw and MS21044N04 Nut to attach the electric trim servo to the mounting tabs.

I've double checked (both the Van's kit and the trim kit) but I didn't receive this hardware.

Is this something additional everyone must purchase or did I get shorted?

I believe they come with the Ray Allen servo package.
