Elevator control tube

Can someone tell me if the 3/4 X .058 X 47" tube that makes the forward elevator control tube is powder coated gray or bare steel? I can't find the material to make this and wonder if I ever had it. I assume it came with my slow build fuselage kit.

It's neither. The F-989 elevator pushrod is made of Aluminum and fabricated from "AT6-058X3/4" just like you have to fabricate the rear elevator pushrod except different diameter tube "AT6-035X1 1/2".
