Elevator Bellcrank angle

I am wondering if anyone knows what angle the bellcrank is supposed to be with the elevators inline with the horizontal stab for an RV-4. Dont really see it in the manual other than a picture that shows the bellcrank top slightly forward in one of the drawings.

Tom, as far as I could see that was undefined. I also don't think it matters much. I tried to have it at the position which made it as close as at right angles to BOTH rods. (Similar to the plan I think.) It has worked out fine. The elevator stops limit the travel long before the bellcrank.
