The answer is yes
I bought the 3 big cables from Vans, Batt to master, master to start solenoid, start solenoid to starter.
Stein provided the wiring for the autopilot.
As this was a partialy completed unit from someone else, there was a bit of additional wiring done on the panel. GRT and radios mainly.
As far as the airframe stuff went, I just did it as I went along.
It really isnt a hard thing to do, just quite daunting
at first, and tedious in the end.
The best possible advice I can give is to put it on paper first-----and have someone who is knowledgeable review it.
Start with the simple stuff------lighting is a good one. Save avionics for later, when you feel better about your abilities.
Aerolectric Bobs book is worth getting. You can gain a lot of knowledge, and self confidence with it.
