I am at the point to where I need to decide if I want to install an electric trim for my elevator. My question is, is there a benefit to having an electric trim? and is there a failure rate? have any of them ever stuck or going to the extreme? 
At this point it would be an easy retro-fit to do, or I can run the trim cable, but I need to decide soon. Also which one is the best?
