EF 604 what's it?

Can anyone tell me what this is for? On Van's big list it is called a bracket. I cannot find it on my -7 parts list.

If it's from the electric flap kit, it's for retrofitting a manual flap setup to an electric one...I had the same query a few months back. Not needed on new kits, as electric flaps are standard now.
