Hi ya'll,
I think I've finally got everything behind the instruments finished up, so I'm going to rivet on the forward top skin.
However - I'm wondering, will the edges over the longeron lay flat once all this riveting is done? The skin is pretty thick but I fear having to use that damn edge rolling tool. Have you achieved good results with just the tension on the skin holding that edge flat?
I have used the scotchbright wheel to make the edge a little more tapered (a la the wing skin overlap).
Thank you for any advice.
