E-717/718 rivet sizes

I can't seem to find on the plans where the rivet size/length is for the E-717 and E-718 trim tab horns. I'm certain they are -3 rivets and I can use a gauge to get the length but I'd like to find it on the plans. Can anyone tell me where this is on the plans?
