FWIW I powered up the D-100 and found no compass indication. Triple cked.
the color code on the connector and no problem. Found very low voltage on the power lead to the unit. Dynon Tech service suggested to do a pin out between the 25pin and 9 pin connector and found 3 out of 4 pins in the wrong holes. After repinning correctly indication came up and everything normal.
