Drilling VS?

 I have not decided if I am going to build the 7 or 7A and am getting ready to drill the holes in the VS-410PP hinge brackets, spar doubler, and rear spar. The instructions say to leave the bottom outer holes in the bottom bracket untill later to drill for the attachment bolts to the fus. I can see this on print #27 for the 7 model but print 27A seems to show putting flush rivets into the lower outer holes in the bottom bracket and then drilling two holes later for the bolts. Can anyone help here?

Thanks in advance,
John

That's correct. This is a mistake a lot of us make, not reading the fine print. If you build an "A", those two rivets go in during construction.

Rivets now, bolts later?

Thanks for the response. If I put in the rivets now for the 7A can I change to the 7 later and add the bolts in the proper location? Is there enough room with the rivets already in place on the bottom holes?

Thanks,
John
