Installation of the baffle kit references the subject drawing. I can't find it and at vans it must be purchased. What is it and do I need it? Thanks, Tom

Baffle Mpunt Oil Cooler

This drawing covers mounting the oil cooler on the baffle for RV7,8, &9.

You should be able to find it by logging into the Van's web store, looking under my aircraft, and going to plans & documents.

OP-27A -> pay attention to Note 3. Fit & trim the baffle sides & rubber seals to your cowl BEFORE determining where to cut in the oil cooler mount.

If you have the electronic plans, you should find this and the other Optional Parts drawings in the "OP Drawings" folder under "Construction Drawings."
