Do I Need A New Part?

I'm working on the RV-12 fuse. Page 9-07 drilling the stabilizer hinge. The masking tape I used to mark the eyelets not to be drilled "fell off" (that's my story ) and I drilled the entire hinge.

Do I need to reorder is it? Is it a cosmetic thing? (to have no hole drilled there) Can I just flush rivet it for a repair?

What do you think?

I used a blue sharpie. You could put an extra rivet in there and nobody would know.
