Disassembling slick harness

I have a slick mag on the left side of my IO-360 but have the right side wiring harness (don't ask) Was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the wires from the cover so I can rotate them 180 degrees from their current location? If it's not possible, I'll have to order the correct harness.
