Dimmer circuit

I have a question on dimmer circuits. My panel is 2 GRT HX's, SL-10, SL-30, GNC-420W, GTX-330 and one post light for standby attitude. Can I use one of the B&C dimmers and where do I get the power requirements for my avionics to determine which B&C unit I will need.
